Move In / Move Out Cleaning is performed by a professional 1-person or 2-person team. You can choose the option that fits your property size and timeline: • 1 Person Team – $55 per hour Minimum booking: 3 hours Ideal for smaller apartments or light move-out cleaning. • 2 Person Team – $110 per hour (team rate) Minimum booking: 2 hours Recommended for full-house move outs or larger properties. A two-person team completes the job faster and more efficiently.
